Glantz Design is a phenomenal graphic design and web design and development firm located in Evanston, IL. Keith Glantz, its founder and owner, asked me to guest write a blog entry about the importance of having a website Privacy Policy for a B2B or B2C business. He observed that many of his clients roll our their newly- or re-designed websites without having any such policies in place. As data privacy laws continue to evolve around us, it’s more important than ever to have legally-compliant policies in place that reflect a business’s actual data collection and use practices.
